Compliance Testing
We perform annual required tests to prove compliance with regulations.
Managing workplace retirement solutions has taught us the importance of a well designed plan. Compliance rules can be quite burdensome for employers. ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations can be confusing and our goal is to make everything hassle free while we take most of the fiduciary duties off of you.
We perform annual required tests to prove compliance with regulations, including ADP/ACP, Top-Heavy, general non-discrimination, and any other coverage testing that may be required; along with verifying limits under annual additions testing.
