Our Partners
Advisor Partners
Our advisors are here to support your goals and make sure your financial needs are fully addressed.
They are responsible for plan design, collaborating with trustees to evaluate current plans, hosting enrollment meetings to guide participants through the process, and answering any questions along the way. They also prepare personalized financial plans, share timely market updates, suggest model or allocation adjustments as needed, and work closely with both trustees and participants to provide continuous support.

Administrative Partners
Our administrative partners are your client-facing support team, here to make sure your daily needs are met with care and accuracy.
They communicate directly with trustees, business owners, and participants to address any questions or concerns—working hand in hand with you every step of the way. Their responsibilities include reviewing distributions and loans to ensure they're processed on time, accurately, and securely. They also verify that contributions are displayed correctly for each participant, because knowing exactly what’s in your account matters—and we take that seriously.
Our admin team determines participant eligibility for enrollment by reviewing your company’s plan documents, and they’re always available to assist with the enrollment process. They also manage the preparation of annual notices, restatement of plan documents and plan amendments, and the processing of Form 5500s.

Behind the Scenes
Our behind-the-scenes partners play a critical role in processing requests submitted by our administrative and advisor team.
They handle a wide range of responsibilities that keep our systems running smoothly, including verifying online transactions, reconciling accounts, and processing participant loan requests and contributions. When updates are made to our investment offerings—such as new fund lineups—they reflect those changes promptly in our system. They also manage asset pricing updates and process any changes to participant asset allocations. Their attention to detail helps maintain data accuracy and supports a seamless experience for both trustees and participants.
